Lili Kuboyama with the Adams 14 substitute office was recognized in July as  Employee of the Month for the West region of America.  Lili has been able to navigate difficult situations with the understanding that what she is doing is in the best interest of our students. Her passion for education and equity has brought about dramatic changes to our substitute fill rate, quality of subs, and overall effectiveness of the district.  #Reaching_the_Summit_with_Lili

Relaina Alvarado took the lead in bringing an exciting literary experience to Alsup Elementary, securing New York Times best-selling author T.C. Cervantes for an inspiring visit. The author captivated 3rd-5th grade students with insights from her hit novel The Daggers of Ire, a thrilling Latine fantasy story.

When you walk into Central Elementary, there is a good chance you will be greeted by the smiling face of Janice Amaro, the school secretary.  Her work is always done with impeccable accuracy, ensuring that the school runs smoothly. Janice’s dedication to both students and staff reflects her deep care for the community, and she truly embodies the spirit of a fourteener.

Frankie Ramirez is an ELD (English Language Development) teacher who helps new and international teachers feel welcome and adjust to Adams 14. She always has a big smile and is quick to share her knowledge and resources. Frankie provides support both inside and outside the classroom, making sure teachers have everything they need to succeed.

Melissa Cole is an exceptional member of the Alsup team. Not only does she create a safe and supportive environment as a counselor, she also integrates into all facets of the school community. You can see her conducting informal check-ins with students, parents and staff in the halls, front office and the parent drop off line. She fully embodies a 14er in Action.

Ingrid deserves recognition for her outstanding work and dedication. Her leadership, professionalism, and commitment to excellence have significantly contributed to the success of the team at Monaco. Every time one steps foot in Monaco, Ingrid is the first person to be seen. At any moment, she can be found supporting a parent, a teacher, a student, or a community member. She truly makes Monaco a great place to visit.

Devon Davison serves as the Specialist for Behavior Intervention for the entire district, but when you see her on a campus, you would think she was a full time staff member. She blends right into the flow of action on campuses and works tirelessly to support students and staff to find new solutions to challenging situations. Devon is a key member of Team Adams 14
